I don’t use Apple anyway, so I don’t really care about it, but I think they should be made open up all over the world to allow for competition.

Will that be good for us or not. I know it will not apply in the UK, but it is what makes Apple good; that you can’t get rogue software that causes you harm on your devices. I understand that Apple got a bit greedy with the subscriptions, but the store itself was a good idea to keep it proprietary. Open it up a bit to get real browsers; not sure about completely opening it up, though.
